There are so many memories I have from this trip that its hard to know where to start. One thing that does stick in the mind was the walk Jana and I took from Parc Guell back to the metro. We didn't go the usual way, but instead tried to find a fountain which I wanted to pinhole. We found the fountain, and it was rubbish...and perhaps not really a fountain at all (blame my bad Spanish/Catalan). However, we did find a bunch of cool graffiti.
Cheek by jowl with the graffiti we also found a place where folks had made an al-fresco kitchen. Honestly, I found it a little creepy but regardless, it was fun to shoot.
Close by, there was a cool wall...and a lovely little urban garden.
Of course though, there are other memories. The sunrise at the Pont del Petroli on WPPD was wonderful. As well as the group of pinholers there were other photographers, some shooting models, and a few clearly on their way home from a night out.
Wandering the streets was a blast, little details everywhere that added to the feeling of being somewhere new and different.
Finally though, memories of a trip like this always come back to the people that you meet. It was an incredible trip meeting people from across the globe and friends old and new. The memories will live long, and I hope the same is true of the people I met.
