You only ever get the smallest of glimpses into this, but it can be both fascinating and illuminating. This post celebrates those little things about Japan that give you a glimpse into the life of the people. One might argue that this is but another excuse to cobble together a bunch of otherwise unlinked photographs but that would, I believe, be a little harsh.
